DISNEY-SMILES HOME          MEMORIES 2008

It's August and the California State Fair is up and running.   I don't think we made it last year so we decided with the time off we decided to make the trip down to Cal Expo and check it out.  It didn't take long to figure out that the more of these things you go to, the more they are the same.  Even the exhibition vendors pretty much stay in the same spot.  It was me, Lisa, Nancy, Jon, Brigette, Joseph, and Dean who were in this fair trekking group.  We saw a lot.  We missed a lot (tired feet and heat).  And of course, we ate a lot.  In the end, that's one of the main reasons for going.....

As with Disneyland, Pirates seemed to be a popular theme.....(some you may recognized)
